My Journey in Health Care has always been centered around the "CARE" for each individual as the unique beings they are. Massage therapy is not "One size fits all" .  Each of us has our own make up, design, experiences, and needs. Our Journey, each and everyone, carry with it memories, experiences, obstacles, challenges, and successes. Our bodies carry those memories right along with our hearts and minds.  Muscle memory, sensory memory, emotional memory etc., all play a part in the ways we navigate through our day, life, and throughout the course of our journey.

 My endeavor as a massage therapist is to make available anything within my scope of professional practice, to assist my clients towards balance and well being. 

I have been educated in several modalities of massage, and body work, via the excellent guidance of the teachers and staff at Healing Arts Institute. I have acquired knowledge and experiences throughout my healthcare career, that have been very enlightening, and have prepared me for this journey of massage. 

Every new sunrise brings a brand new beginning....... I will never stop taking the opportunity to help another along the way as I am appointed.
